Secret Decoded

A few years ago in school, somebody gave me a book as a gift. The book was titled ‘The Secret’ by Ronda Bryne’. Initially, the book did not interest me much, but for the sake of reading, I started to read the book. While reading the book I went through many testimonials of famous celebrities who were endorsing the book, That was the time I was convinced and thought of giving a try to ‘ The law of attraction’. Once I started to practice the law of attraction everything started to fall in place and yes it actually works.

  • Optimism

First and  foremost let go of all the negative energy in you. Create an ‘optimistic’ environment around you. Start by meditating for a few minutes before starting your day. Breathe the fresh air before stepping into the routine chaos of life. Optimism helps you to stay away from pessimism and will help you to stay motivated and reach a step closer to your dream

 

  • Define Goals

Clearly define goals. This is the most difficult part because most of us are not clear what exactly we expect from life. Write your goals as you write a shopping list( Specific and clear).

 

  • Gratitude

‘A positive kick start’ and ‘gratitude’ for a few people who make you happy during the day time are the key ingredients for law attraction. Start maintaining a Gratitude Journal

 

  • Vision Boards

 This is a scientifically proven fact that our brain works better with ‘Mind Mapping’. A mind map is a graphical way to represent ideas and concepts. It is a visual thinking tool that helps to structure information. You can have a bulletin board or a diary or sketch pad as your vision board.  Consider it as ‘Life Canvas’, draw, paint, write, create whatever you expect from life.

 

  • Stay motivated

Watch videos of people who practice or vouch for ‘law of attraction’, because everything takes time even the universe takes time to attract the things you need to keep yourself motivated these videos will help you to get motivated. So that you don’t leave things in between.

 

If you really want to try ‘Law of attraction’ start with easy things or smaller dreams or wish. Remember the law of attraction is not a magic trick but it’s a science and will depend on your firm determination and positive manifestation.
